1. How do I buy Sénvie products?

You can buy Sénvie from the ‘Shop’ section of this website.

2. How much do the luxury Sénvie products cost?

In terms of pricing, most Sénvie creams costs $54.95 – with free shipping to the United States. Our international shipping costs $17.95.

Our ingredients are high quality and work to give the best results. It ends up being less than $2 per day, less than a coffee from Starbucks!

3. How Can I Order?

You can call 24/7 toll free at 800-458-5603 and speak to one of our U.S. based customer service representatives. You can also order online by visiting our shop page.

4. Can I pay via credit card or with my online debit card?

Yes, when you checkout you will have the option to use your credit card or Paypal. We are currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express in addition to Paypal.

5. I don’t have a credit card or online debit card available to me! What else can I do?

Although we do not offer direct bank deposits we do offer cash orders via mail. Please email our lovely customer support team to help you set up a cash order at

8. What are my shipping options in the USA?

Domestic Shipments (USA):

Domestic orders are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days from the time the order was placed, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Shipping time frame is an estimate and arrival date is not guaranteed. We do everything we can to deliver orders as quickly as possible to our customers, but sometimes shipping carriers may be delayed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

We process and ship orders the following business day Monday through Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

When you shop with Senvie, you get FREE shipping via USPS (3-5 business days) on all orders in the USA.

8. What are my shipping options outside the USA?

International Customers

Orders outside the U.S. will be shipped with APC Logistics. APC Logistics partners with the fastest carriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail, etc) around the world to make sure your international shipment arrives on time.

International shipments have 2 options with APC.

1) You can choose Priority Mail Int’l. This takes 10-20 business days and does not include delivery confirmation. The cost for APC Priority Mail is $12.95.

2) You can choose Priority Mail Expedited Int’l. This takes 7-15 business days and includes delivery confirmation. The cost for APC Priority Mail Expedited Int’l is $26.95.

We ship to any country you would like; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country. These are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment.

We guarantee shipments to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Ireland, Scotland. If for any reason your order does not arrive, we will re-ship free of charge.

Important Note: We are NOT responsible for lost shipments to the following countries/areas and orders placed to those regions are non-refundable once the item has been shipped: India, Malaysia, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, South America.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply – that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product.

Important Note: Senvie is not responsible for errors with the delivery address entered at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package if a package is returned as undeliverable.

10. Can I get my order expedited in the USA?

Yes, domestic orders to the United States can be sent expedited. We currently offer Rush Shipping (2-3 business days) via USPS for $9.95. We also offer expedited shipping (1-2 business days) with USPS Express Mail for $26.95.

11. I completed my order, but I haven’t received a tracking number?

Don’t worry, your order will be sent. Tracking numbers are sent on the next business day. So if you order on Friday, you might not receive one until Monday or Tuesday the latest.

12. Will my order be shipped immediately after ordering?

If your order is placed before 1pm (Monday thru Friday) your order will be sent out the same day; Otherwise, it will be sent out the following business day.

13. Is it safe to order online?

Yes. Absolutely. We use the latest SSL encryption technology on our website to ensure your details remain safe & confidential. Our card processing partner is Authorize.net who are one of the most recognized and trusted payment processors that exist today. What’s more, your credit/debit card details are encrypted and not stored when checking out so nobody sees your card details. Because of this it is now just as safe to shop online as it is on the phone.

14. Is it Okay to use Sénvie products if I am Breastfeeding, Have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, or Have Any Other Medical Condition or Concern?

While the ingredients found in Sénvie Creams are safe, we recommend that you consult your physician before using Sénvie Creams or taking any other skin care cream if you have any medical concerns whatsoever.
