Because the product has received only four- and five-star reviews on Amazon.com, it would seem suspicious, given that most experts say it is impossible to completely erase a scar, and healing itself is a time-consuming process that can take years.

The manufacturers’ estimate results within six months to a year.

Still, because Scarless MD contains silicone as well as other nutrients designed to help boost collagen and elastin production and was formulated by experts in the industry, it is not a scam.

Final Verdict on Scarless MD

Since Scarless MD is developed by doctors and dermatologists that leads us to believe it is an effective product for getting rid of scars. It does contain silicone, a common scar fighting ingredient, which is a plus. Unfortunately, the before and after photos for Scarless MD don't show results. There are a lot of photos that show scars and simply say "before treatment", "after treatment" or "competitor treatment" but they don't show the same person twice so its impossible to tell if the product really worked or not.
